GENERAL CONDITIONS
All reservations and rentals made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in good condition together with all the vehicle's documents, accessories and equipment at the place, date and time written in rental agreement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS  rent a car

DRIVER'S AGE: minimum 25 years of age.  rent a car


DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year from the country of residence or an international Driving Permit, is required. A valid passport is also compulsory for renting a car.

MINIMUM RENTAL: 3 days.  rent a car


RENTAL PERIOD: The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the pick-up and drop-off dates and times detailed on your reservation request, the price of which will be confirmed at time of booking and is calculated on the basis of 24-hour units. Every hour delay over rental period is free of charge. Over one hour delay, a full day will be charged according to the standard rate. The weekend rental period starts from Friday afternoon to Monday morning.ANY DELAY EXCEEDING THREE HOURS, WITHOUT ANY PHONE CALL ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE, WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AS THEFT OF THE VEHICLE.

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Romanian traffic law are for renter's account.

DEPOSITS: All customers will be required to leave a guarantee deposit between 200 and 500 EURO to cover the insurance exclusions, fuel and proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract. Please note that the amount of guarantee deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental if the renter returns the car in good conditions, with all car's documents and equipment at the date, place and time written in the rental agreement. The guarantee deposit will not be returned if the car is damaged during the rental.

PAYMENT: The payment be made cash or with credit card ( VISA, MasterCard ) at the time of pick up the car and could be made in EURO or RON equivalent according to the BNR exchange rate of the day.

INSURANCE: All our vehicles are insured (CDW - Colision Damage Weaver, THW - Theft Damage Weaver).

NOT COVERED BY ANY INSURANCE: COLLISION DAMAGE CAUSED BY ALCOHOL OR DRUG ABUSE AS WELL AS TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT: In case of accident caused by the Client being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/other narcotics, the responsibility for paying all the damages rests with the Client. YOU SHOULD NOTIFY THE NEAREST POLICE STATION IN THE CASE OF ACCIDENTS AND A SIGNED POLICE ACCIDENT REPORT OBTAINED. WITHOUT THIS REPORT THE RENTER COULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIRS. YOU SHOULD ALSO OBTAIN FULL DETAILS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES INVOLVED.

TAXES: All rates include  VAT.
GASOLINE: Fuel used during the rental is not included in the rental price.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION: For your total comfort, the delivery and collection of the car, keys and documents can be done to your hotel, at the airport or railway station or wherever you want. All necessary information for delivery and collection to our clients hotel must be supplied at the time of reservation. Cars are delivered washed and with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank and clean. If you drop the car off with less petrol than it had when you picked it up, we will charge your account for the difference at the price of 1 Euro per litre.
Collections and deliveries are Free of charge in the Bucharest city limits. All cars delivered/collected in airport are subject to surcharge of EURO 15.00 per delivery/collection; for cars delivered outside Bucharest the transfer rate will be EURO 0,2 / km.

ACROSS THE BORDER RENTAL: Not available.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLES / LOSS A damage and accident report form must be completed by the driver at the end of the rental period for any damage to the vehicle, however minor it is. If a collision with another vehicle occurs, a police report and case number must also be supplied when returning the vehicle. If this procedure is not followed, the insurance cover could become invalidated, leaving the renter liable for all damage. Please, make sure you fill out the correct type of fuel. The cost of inadequate refuelling is approximately 1,5 EURO/litre. 
In case of keys' loss the client will be charged of EURO 200,00.
In case of documents' loss (car documents, rental agreement) the client will be charged of EURO 200,00.

Rates and conditions may change without notice. However, rates quoted at time of reservation are guaranteed.
